Nova publishes patient reviews of fertility clinics. This page is what we would want to read if we were you.

You can reply to every review, free, permanently

Your reply appears directly under the review it answers, clearly labelled. There is no charge for this and there never will be. A platform where only one side can speak is a complaints board, and we are not building one.

Outcome never affects your score

Most cycles do not succeed, so most reviews are written after a disappointment. If that fed into your rating, the clinics taking the hardest cases would score worst. We record outcome so scores can be read separately by it, and never as a rating.

Your profile shows what patients said about your care among those whose cycle did not work. In our experience that is the number a good clinic wants seen.

Scores are withheld until the sample is meaningful

We do not publish a score based on a handful of reviews, and we never show a score anywhere without the number of reviews behind it.

Claiming your profile

Claims are verified by email on your clinic’s own domain. We do not accept personal email addresses.

If a review is wrong

Report it. We follow the section 5 Defamation Act 2013 process, we keep a dated record of every step, and we will tell you the outcome. Read the moderation policy for what we remove and what we do not.
