Report a review
If you believe a review is inaccurate, identifies an individual, or otherwise breaks our moderation policy, tell us here. You do not need an account.
What happens next
- We log your complaint with the date and time we received it.
- We contact the person who wrote the review and tell them what has been said.
- They are given a defined window to respond, or to agree to the review coming down.
- We act on the outcome and write to you with the result.
This follows section 5 of the Defamation Act 2013. Each step is recorded with its date, and the record is kept.
If your concern is about clinical care rather than about a review, this is the wrong place and we cannot help. Contact the clinic, and in the UK the HFEA or the CQC.
