Report a review

If you believe a review is inaccurate, identifies an individual, or otherwise breaks our moderation policy, tell us here. You do not need an account.

What happens next

  1. We log your complaint with the date and time we received it.
  2. We contact the person who wrote the review and tell them what has been said.
  3. They are given a defined window to respond, or to agree to the review coming down.
  4. We act on the outcome and write to you with the result.

This follows section 5 of the Defamation Act 2013. Each step is recorded with its date, and the record is kept.

If your concern is about clinical care rather than about a review, this is the wrong place and we cannot help. Contact the clinic, and in the UK the HFEA or the CQC.
